| Other | Caroline (Carrie) A. Woodward was born in Hanover, Indiana in July 1835, and was married to Thomas A. Peoples in Hanover in November 1863. He was a soldier in the Civil War and was killed 13 May 1864. She then married Frederick Sheets in 1879; he died 6 July 1891 at her fathers. The only family from her father's family are John A. Woodward of Des Moines, Iowa and Mrs. Dr. William (Ada M.) Sheets of Jeffersonville. |
