Other	Age 61 years, 5 months, and 29 days. Born in Kentucky. Came to Indiana with his parents and brother Edgar in 1832. Bought the "Broken Eighty," a piece of land full of hills and hollows but with an excellent spring. The family farm there became known as Longwood Farm; it was located one-half mile east and south of the Mt. Gilead Church. Henry's grandson Solon eventually took over the farm, and finally sold it in 1913. Henry's cabin, barn and spring were located somewhere on the property now owned by Nancy Sheperd Neal.
