Received a B.S. degree in Biology and Psychology from Fairmont State College in 1966. He was a park ranger with US National Park Service at Colonial National Park in Jamestown, Yorktown and Williamsburg, Virginia, and at Grand Canyon National Park. Joined the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, retiring in 1994 after 27 years of service. He then taught at Martinsville HS from 1996 o 2007. Preceded in death by his wife Joan on November 20 2007; his son, Ian C. McDougal; and his parents. |
