Other	The 3 year old daughter of Dr. John Kennedy of Paragon turned a kettle of boiling water upon itself Tuesday. It is seriously, if not fatally scalded. "A sad accident occurred at this place Monday March 6th, which resulted in the death of little Blanche Kennedy...She died on Wednesday after being scalded on Monday...From Paragon -- Doctor Kennedy of Martinsville, Mollie Kennedy of Jefferson Township, Dr. Perry Kennedy and lady of Martinsville and William Kennedy of Bloomington attended the funeral of Blanche Kennedy. She was buried at Gosport."
