| Other | Elizabeth Thompson Forest was born in Orange Co., North Carolina in 1808 and died in Clayton, Hendricks Co., October 4th, 1889, age 91 years. She was the daughter of James and Susan [Roberts] Thompson and was one of a family of 13. She was married to Alexander Forrest in 1838 and they had 6 children. All but one are still living. In 1866, she and her children moved to Morgan County. [1860 federal census shows her as a widow, with children Mary, Albert, Martha, Sydney and Thomas.] |
