Father of 8 children: Elsie, Elmer, William, Raymond Edgar, Fred Meador, Hallie Franklin, Ethel Elizabeth, and Hazel Dean. He operated a grocery and was also one of 6 constables/detectives appointed by Madison Twp. "for the protection of property." [The group was known as the Horse Thief Association.] Died in Missouri.
