Other	David Curtis and family and Roy Arnot and wife attended the funeral of Mrs. Ann L. Dix. Mrs. Dix is the mother of Mrs. Curtis, and died near Cuba, Owen County. She was well known here; died Friday, October 31st, age 66. She was twice married, first to James H. Young, who died in the Civil War; to them were born 4 children, 3 daughters and a son. Later she married Alfred Dix, who died several years ago.
