All but the youngest of the four, who is now the wife of Hon. Noah Major, had gone on before the father. The oldest, a daughter of great promise, died in the eighteenth year of her age. About 1844, he came with his family to Indiana, and located at Leavenworth, Crawford County. In 1874, Dr. Brown came to Martinsville." |
