| Other | Age 18. Killed in a terrible accident when the car in which she was riding collided with a T.H.I. & E. interurban train near Centerton, Sunday afternoon. Also killed were: Mr. and Mrs. William D. Brown and Miss Bessie Cure, age 17. The Browns' son, Edda Gerald, age 19, was driving the car. Miss Bailey was a clerk at the C.O. Abbott store, and was known for her beauty and her gentle manner. The young women had a double funeral. |
