Family moved to Mooresville in 1862; she then joined Methodist church in 1867, there being no Presbyterian organization here. Mother of 8 children, six of whom are living. (Three were present at funeral; the others live in distant places.) Almost totally deaf for several years. Died at the home of her son Henry L. Woodward, in Mooresville. Died of pneumonia, at the age of 70 years. |
