Other	Louvernia Lewis was born at Bloomington and died January 17th, aged 18 years, 9 months and 2 days. When she was but 4 years old, her mother died and she was raised by Harrison Lewis. She married Silvanus Lewis November 11th, 1888 and moved to Martinsville. [The 1880 census shows 9-year-old Verna Lewis living with Harrison and Martha Lewis in Harrison Twp., Owen Co., Ind.] [From the Martinsville Republican for Nov. 15, 1888: "From Mt. Olive: Silvanus Lewis, the North side butcher from Martinsville, and Miss Louvenia Adkins of Alaska were married Sunday."]
