| Other | Delilah Gray was born in Unionville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, and came to Indiana 2 years after her birth, and settled and lived in Clark and Washington Counties. She married James Crawford 3 January 1822, and with her husband moved from Washington County to this city [Martinsville] in 1826. She died 9 June 1892 and lacked only 3 hours and 23 minutes to complete her 90th year. Her husband died 10 May 1872. She was the mother of 10 children, 6 sons and 4 daughters. Sons James, William and George Crawford are all dead. |
