Other	Mrs. Thurza Sheppard was born in Middleton, Kentucky, and died at the residence of her son-in-law, N.T. Cunningham, in this city, 7 January 1892, age 88. In 1824, she married James Tull in Middleton, Kentucky, and they had 4 children, 3 of which have died. The surviving one, Mrs. Frank Phelps, resides in this city. After her husband died, she and her parents moved to the newly laid out town of Martinsville. On 1 September 1836, she married Isaac D. Sheppard, and they had 3 children, all of which are still living. They were married 52 years, and then 3 years ago last August, her husband died.
