Other	Age 72. "Jesse Brandon Dead -- Jesse Brandon, of this city, died Saturday. He was the 2nd son of Benjamin Knox Brandon, and was one of 9 children. He was born in Shelby Co., Ohio in 1826, and in 1844, came to Monroe County with his uncle. He returned to Ohio but came back to Indiana and Morgan County in 1852; he married Rebecca Welty, who survives him. His grandfather served in the Revolutionary War, from Rowan Co., North Carolina. Of his 8 children, 4 survive."
