Other	Solomon Dorsett, one of the early settlers of this county, died Sunday at his home in Eminence, age 73. The Masons will be in charge of the funeral. He came to this area in 1840 with his parents, from North Carolina. Born in Chatham Co., N.C.; son of Duty and Rachel (Edwards) Dorsett. Married on March 8, 1853. Father of 8 children.
