| Other | From Monrovia -- Mrs. Isaac Painter, age 69, a respected resident of Marshall and Hardin Counties, died at her home this morning. Joanna T. Johnson was born in Morgan County, 23 April 1830, and was the daughter of Ashley and Lydia [Rhodes] Johnson. She married Isaac Painter in Paintersville, Ohio, 16 March 1852, and has resided in Morgan County for 12 years. In 1879, they moved to Hardin County, Iowa, where they lived until 1882, when they moved to Marshalltown. |
