Other	Obituary -- George W. Moore, an old and esteemed citizen of this vicinity, died in the evening of November 10th (sic). He was 61 years old and died of cancer. Mr. Moore was born in North Carolina, and came to Indiana in 1840, settling near Martinsville. He was married first to Sarah J. Cook [on Oct. 14, 1852], and they had several children. Then he married Jemima Farr [on March 17, 1867], who he leaves with two or three small children. Nine deaths had occurred in his household, before his own, and two of his little children were lain in one grave.
