Other	Death by Drowning -- Sunday July 6th, Henry C. Blunk of Plainfield and his cousin, son of Nicholas Baldwin, decided to go swimming before supper, at a creek North of town, but Henry drowned. His companion and others tried to save him but [had] no luck. He was the 5th child of J.W. and Mary A. Blunk; he was born in Hendricks County 25 July 1885. He was nearly 17 years old.
