Other	Meriom Meredith, whose maiden name was York, was born in Randolph County, North Carolina, and died near Wilbur, Indiana, age 69. She married George W. Meredith on 2 September 1847, and to them were born 16 children, 13 boys and 3 girls. Seven sons and 2 daughters have died. Her father and 2 brothers moved from North Carolina and they settled in Morgan County when she was 11. "Coroner's Report -- An autopsy was done on Mrs. Meriom Meredith who died September 7th. She was found in bed in her home, and [the cause of death] was determined to be heart problems."
