She was probably murdered by Louis Baker, who claimed that they had struggled and fought, but said that she was alive when he left her. He is 25 years old or more and is the son of Robert Baker. The family came to Morgan County from Johnson County about 2 or 3 years ago. He was considered as being no good. She was buried this afternoon at the Williams Cemetery." |
